My success as an Occupational Therapist is backed by an extensive twenty-year history within the allied health industry. Experience in a number of key roles has seen the successful creation of Hands on Living, where the team specialise in delivering individualised support plans for participants. The drive behind Hands on Living is to empower participants and their community to make choices in the life they want to live. Through devoting quality time with participants, the Team and I are able to confidently create supportive environments for each and every participant.

Our story

Finding Inspiration at Every Turn

The Hands on Living team continue to grow bringing together like-minded individuals who care for supporting participants with varying disabilities. The Hands on Living team provide therapy services in a unique and honest way. Our services to the disability community focuses on delivering wholesome support services, led by the teams Occupational Therapist. Assessments are based on quality facts, honest feedback and tested experiences.

To truly capture a participant needs, wants and future desires we offer our services through our individualised home and living trials or in home support blocks.

The team are experienced in assisting participants of varying disabilities including, but not limited to; Intellectual Disability, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Acquired Brain Injury and Down Syndrome.

We are expanding our knowledge in the areas of Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA), Trauma and Mental Health.
